Winter Rye Flour - 2 pound bag

Whole Grain Rye Flour makes a great rye bread. The rye is grown on our small farm in Center Cambridge, New York, as are all our grains. 
Flour is gground on the farm in our milling room. We enjoy embracing my Mom’s Swedish heritage with a 50/50 Rye and whole wheat holiday bread. 2 pound bag of flour. (2025 crop: 9.2% protein) packed in a paper bag, we use fully biodegradable bags whenever possible
