Rye Berries

Rye Berries have a tangy flavor, and may be cooked like rice as a side dish or grain bowl, sprouted for a mid-winter salad, added to soups or stews, or ground into flour with a kitchen mill or food processor. 2.2 Pound (1 kilogram) bag.
     Cultivated using farm-saved seed, compost, and cover crops, without use of herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. Our rye is grown on our small farm in Center Cambridge, New York, as are all our grains.
