An energy filled, mildly nutty grain which can be cooked into Oatmeal or used to make homemade granola. “Hull-less” grains thresh free of the fibrous outer husk in nearly all cases, but a few hulls may remain which will float in the cooking water and may be skimmed off the top when making oatmeal. Note: Oats are naturally Gluten-free, but some of our processing equipment is shared with wheat, so may contain trace amounts of Gluten.
