Medina Soft White Whole Wheat Flour - 4 Pounds

If you're looking for a more mellow tasting pastry flour for whole grain pie crusts, cookies, and pastries, we would recommend Medina, soft white winter wheat. Although not an heirloom, it's a very nice modern wheat that we started growing in 2023 with Seed sourced from Fedco Seeds in Clinton, Maine. Note: Like all soft wheats, it is not recommended for breads or pizzas.
